Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
1.
Arrange meeting
& meeting room for related directorate,
2.
Manage petty cash
and cash advance for the directorate,
3.
Take minutes of
meeting within the directorate,
4.
Responsible to
compile schedule of Director, Managers, and Staffs within the directorate,
5.
Responsible to
manage correspondence in and out of the directorate, including filing of
document,
6.
Prepare passage
request for employee within directorate,
7.
Prepare business
trip report for employee within directorate,
8.
Compile monthly
report within directorate for submission to Finance,
9.
Others
administrative activities related with each directorate,
10.
Perform other
relevant tasks assigned by the superior,
11.
Maintain a good
relationship with suppliers related to directorate.
Requirements:
1.
Has a minimum
educational background of D3 (Diploma Degree) from reputable university,
2.
Possess good
communication skills and attitude,
3.
English proficiency
both oral & written,
4.
Minimum 3 years of
working experience.
