45 years old,

min. 3 years in the same field on Oil palm Industry,

Mastering function
and the concept of HR ( Recruitment Management, Personnel Management, People
Development, Industrial Relation, Organization Development, Training
Management, Performance Management ),
5.
Willing to travel
to the estate agency Triputra Persada Agro Group in Sumatera & Kalimantan,
6.
