Requirements:
1.
Male or Female,
max. 35 years old,
2.
Bachelor degree in
Psychology, Law, and Economic,
3.
Minimum 2 years of
experience in the same position,
4.
Understanding HR
Business Process of Recruitment from interview up to contract negotiation,
5.
Good communication
skills in English, passive and active,
6.
Initiative, planning
& organizing skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork,
7.
Experienced in
formulating manpower planning,
8.
Experienced in
developing recruitment strategy, system and headhunting.
